UltraTech Cement: World’s 3rd largest player hits record capacity—Time to add?
UltraTech Cement, the largest domestic player and one of the largest manufacturers globally, has recently brought on stream an additional 8.7 million tonnes of cement capacity in the peak construction season. This takes its total local cement capacity to 200.1 million tonnes. Indian Railway Finance Corp eyes Rs 3 lakh crore of business by 2030
State-run Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC) has plans to sanction loans to the tune of Rs 3 lakh crore by 2030, with the disbursements estimated at 70% of that amount, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Manoj Kumar Dubey told FE. The company is looking to fund 20 large infrastructure projects with an average ticket size of Rs 15,000 crore each.
